COMPANY PROFILE The Institute for Supply Chain and Logistics (ISCL) is a unique specialist research and education centre. It has won signi cant national and international recognition for providing independent, industry- focused research, workforce training and professional development. ISCL understands that the supply chain and logistics industry is dynamic, complex, constantly evolving, and vital to sustain business and the national economy. The Institute brings together an integrated, cross-sectoral approach to research and education that spans traditional supply chain disciplines of road, rail, sea and air transportation, warehousing and distribution, logistics, and procurement, as well as increasingly important enablers such as infrastructure development, policy and planning frameworks, and risk and sustainability assessment. At Victoria University we are able to respond to the myriad skills and levels of expertise required in supply chains from warehousing and transportation to forecasting demand and sophisticated systems in planning and strategy. It is the only Australian tertiary institution that offers a complete course pathway from Certi cate 1 to PhD in Transport, Logistics and Supply Chain Studies.
